We've (Nearly) Had Our Chips

We’re sitting back and loosening our belt here at the D.C. We’ve spent February test-driving London’s fish and chips shops.

There’s one more instalment (from North London) arriving later, and our London-wide findings are collated on the link at the top of the right hand column of this blog (look for and click THE BEST FISH & CHIPS IN LONDON icon.)

But before we go (we’re spending March in search of London’s best pubs!) here’s a word from London Walker Tonya J

When I was in London last May, I had fish and chips three times for lunch or dinner; one was a hole in the wall place on a side street I just happened on near Trafalgar Square (very good), two I don't remember the location, and three, was fish! in Borough Market. Stupendous fish and chips. I probably would not have looked for the place if Richard III hadn't mentioned it during the Darkest Victorian London walk.  Cheers!

And cheers to you, too Tonya!
