And Now There’s The Christmas Shopping Walk!

LW's Judy is going to take you shopping! Here she is…

The traditional old shops of St James and the Piccadilly Arcades - one of the most festive areas of the city as this time of year!

And you don't need a platinum credit card to pick up some last minute gifts.

London's oldest wine merchant for a bottle of The King's Ginger Liqueur (created for Edward VII); chocolate from Prestat, favourite chocolate shop of Roald Dahl; perfume from Floris, suppliers to Lord Nelson, Eva Peron & James Bond; pot pourri from the world's oldest pharmacy (OK, they're from Florence, not London); books from the shop where the Duke of Wellington & Oscar Wilde shopped; not forgetting Fortnums' famous Christmas windows.…

…who could resist ?

Join Judy on the Amazing Old Shops walk on Sat Dec 21st at 1045. Green Park station (Green Park exit, by the fountain)

Judy, winner of the London Tourist Board's prestigious Guide of the Year Award, is a professionally qualified Blue Badge and City of London Guide.

And here's our London Walks Christmas Podcast…
