Our 2015 review… BACK IN JANUARY Daily Constitutional Editor Adam tackled the phenomena of "Blue Monday" the most depressing day of the year…
So how did Blue Monday work out for you?
(Blue Monday, for those of you unaware of the concept, is the so-called unhappiest day of the year, calculated, I'm told, on the say-so of some marketing cabal that was trying to work out the best time to fleece us on booking a holiday. It falls on the 3rd Monday of January.)
Here's David's take on it via Twitter:
Also quotable: "Blue Monday's the day you realise you didn't really want or need all those crappy things you bought on Black Friday"

And here was my own solution: go for a walk. (That's always my solution. I like to call it Managed Flight.)
Starting at Embankment Station, with my right shoulder to the Thames… 12 miles later I was in Canning Town.
Here's my route…
And here's just one of the sights that gladdened my heart and banished the blues…
