Thanks Laurence. While you are in Highgate you might also try the Oxfam Bookshop. Great prices, excellent stock and they also keep records (an excellent selection of opera last time I was in).
The Old Highgate Village walk goes every Sunday at 1.45pm and meets at Highgate tube.
