A London commemorative plaque for every day in 2016.
The plaques are selected from all walks of life, and all points of the London compass – and I'm taking requests too!

A welcome back plaque!
The site of the Great Synagogue has been the subject of much building activity this past while, but I am glad to note that the old plaque has returned, situated on the new block that now stands on Duke's Place in The City.
The Great Synagogue was destroyed on the 10th of May 1941 by enemy bombs.
A London Walk costs £10 – £8 concession. To join a London Walk, simply meet your guide at the designated tube station at the appointed time. Details of all London Walks can be found at www.walks.com.
