Friday is Rock'n'Roll London Day! Join the Rock'n'Roll London walk this (and every Friday) afternoon at 2:00p.m meeting at Tottenham Court Road Station
DC Editor Adam writes…
The Rock'n'Roll London Walk is, to my knowledge, the only walking tour in the world with its own dedicated comic book.
And issue 3 is almost ready. At last. It's taken a while but, here's the cover…
Starring David Bowie, it will run to 24 pages and cover his London years from Brixton to Bromley to Soho and beyond.
The seven page FREE digital sample is now available for download. CLICK HERE to help yourself to a copy.
And here's a sneaky peek, as sherd on Instagram earlier this week, of a few frames, roughs and works-in-progress…
Davie Jones & the King Bees back in '64
Did Bowie live in a van on Denmark Street?
Draft version for a later page - Starman on Top of the Pops
Page 3, the intro & contents
Page from the sketchbook - Bowie at the seaside (!)
The Rock'n'Roll London walk is ONLY London Walk with its own dedicated comic book! Written by Rock'n'Roll London guide (and Daily Constitutional editor) Adam it's available in both print & digital formats at the London Bookstore online: londonbookstore.myshopify.com
