Friday Is Rock'n'Roll #London Day: Music For #TheMummy #Halloween

Next Saturday I'll be blending a few ghosts, a bit of plague and some murder and mayhem with some dead rock stars in the Rock'n'Roll London Day of the Dead Special. Join me on the 28th October at 10.45am.

The Rock'n'Roll London Walk for Halloween

A Day of the Dead Special

Meet at Tottenham Court Road tube

The Rock'n'Roll London Walk Crossed With A Halloween Ghost Walk

A Monster Mash-Up of a Walk!

Join me where the mosh pit meets the plague pit for a Day of The Dead Special.

Theatre ghosts, plague, murder & monsters… and more dead musos than you can shake a drumstick at including…

Brian Jones, Joe Meek, Jimi Hendrix, Syd Barrett, Sid Vicious and many more.

NO LIVING MUSICIANS WILL BE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS WALKING TOUR

… but given the way things have been going of late, what with the exceptionally high check-out rate of our senior rockers, the cast list may well be a little longer by the time the walk takes place.

In bad taste? Ooh I DO HOPE SO.

A Rock'n'Roll London Day of the Dead Special for Halloween. £10 per person £8 for students, seniors and goths. The dead go free.

In the meantime, if you're in the mood for some Halloween-related tunes, here's a playlist inspired by The Mummy…

The Mummy has been on my mind with the release of the latest London Walks Podcast - the Halloween Special – which features a look back at three movie versions of The Mummy from 1932, 1999 and 2017. Have a listen here…

If you want the sensible version (!) of the Rock'n'Roll London Walk join Richard P today at Tottenham Court Road tube 2pm.

And here's the trailer for THIS AFTERNOON'S Rock'n'Roll London Walk ….

A London Walk costs £10 – £8 concession. To join a London Walk, simply meet your guide at the designated tube station at the appointed time. Details of all London Walks can be found at www.walks.com.
